Indonesian and Japanese Train

There many ways to move from one place to another place, generally everyone want to arrive in their destination by their desire. A worker want to came in his office faster, a humble farmer need to  cheaper coast to arrive in his home, a family who in vocation absolutely do hope  safety, comfortable and far from traffic jam  to arrive in their tourism destination.  By a lot of kind of transportation, train is one of the popular one. In this time I’m going to tell about the train in Indonesia and Japan.

Both in Indonesia and Japan, train are one of the popular one, but in Japan train can connected throughout the country. In Japan train use for every their need, transportation, tourism, plantation, mine, industrial, post, and etc, very contrast in Indonesia, in Indonesia train just in three islands, those are Java, Sumatera and Kalimantan island. In Java island, train use for a lot of need, like main transport for the people, post industry, way out of traffic jam, tourism, plantation, mine, or distribution. In Sumatera island, generally just for Industrial Sector, even though sometimes there a train for tourism and for people. In Kalimantan, train use for industrial only, more precisely mine industrial. The speed of Indonesian train so contras with Japanese train, the speed of poor Indonesian usually 80km/hour although in some train the speed  is 120km/hour or just 60km/hour, the smart Japanese have train with speed 320km/hour despite there also 280km/hours or 360km/hour.  Because their speed which so fast the Japanese train well know as Sinkansei meaning bullet or missile. The Japanese periodically recover their train, very contrast with in Indonesia where some train are inheritance of Netherland.

The Japanese train are popular with their on time, their train drive by computerize system, so it’s so far for human error, in Indonesia waiting for the train and sometimes disappointed is usual, the Indonesian train also far for good computerize system. In Japan people can order ticket just by their hand phone or laptop but if we see how Indonesia order ticket, we will be sad because in Indonesia the system really terrible, ,queued up is usual, the people seems familiar for that boil, in some moment like approach of Idul Fitri or New Year Eve, people must queued up by spending night in the locket . In Japan, we will never find CALO, someone who buy a lot of ticket and then sell it again to the passenger by higher price but in Indonesia, Calo is abundant until now.

The progress of Japanese Train because of their hard work, determination, discipline, mutual aid between government and their people, and the awareness or everyone in Japan. Every country who want to have a modern train like Japan, must learn from Japan, must follow suit all their good, their hard work, determination, discipline, mutual aid between government and their people, and the awareness or everyone in Japan, for Indonesia not only copy : their hard work, no corruption,  determination, discipline, mutual aid between government and their people, and the awareness or everyone in Japan the Indonesian can include wisdom local to build their transportation system. By good transportation a nation are easy to become prosper and good train will make life more happy and comfortable.

Effects of Corruption for a Countr

        Corruption is the biggest enemies of a nation, not only Indonesia but also another country where have ambition to be prosperous country. Corruption have two main land, those are budgeting and income country. In modern country like Germany, South Korea or USA, corruption in Budgeting field is so seldom to find but in income field still crowded.  In a country like Indonesia, corruption is everywhere, whether budgeting field or income field. In Africa, they had terrible experience how corruptions become source of Civil War in some country like Zaire, Congo, Nigeria or Zimbabwe. Corruption can make a country in trouble, like in Egypt during the tenure of Husni Mubarak or Filipina during Marcos running this country. In a country like Indonesia, corruption doesn't become source of civil war but corruption has caused more than thirty five million (35 000 000) Indonesian must life in under poverty, unemployment, hunger, social envy, separatism, and more than two point five million people must go abroad to look for job, even they are sloping there.

        Indonesia has about 35 million people who life in under poverty, corruption forced them to far from social insurance, good health service and education. Every time some of them must die because of hunger or can’t provide good nutrition for them.  They can’t buy any food because they doesn't have any money due to they are jobless, corruption caused government cannot provide job for the people but in the other hand need of job are increasing every time. Corruption make the perpetrators rich in simple term, and their rich will caused social envy further more if the government can’t bring them to the prison. Some people in Indonesia who aren't satisfied to the central government become separatist or take judicial review in Constitution Court of a law or regulation which becomes escape of corruptor. About three million people of Indonesia must stay in abroad because can’t survive in Indonesia. In a country like Malaysia, there about 2.5 million Indonesian who become worker and they well known as cheapest and second worker level because their ability. Generally the road in Indonesia are far from good, the Indonesian seems can’t make a good road and once again it's because corruption. In education and health services, which the basic need of the people always far from good, both education and health services the government just subsidized a little of the budget, and we must believe it's because corruption. Corruption is the biggest enemies in this universe everybody must give their contribution to eradicate corruption and sent all of corruptor to the prison.

What is this thing called Juvenile Delinquency?

Adolescence is the most beautiful times. That is so many most songs are often we heard. Yeah, that's a fact. There are successful through these stages with both achievement and success. But not a few who fail and get caught up in various forms of juvenile delinquency is troubling. The meaning of juvenile delinquency was often linked with behavior and violations of social laws.

As a step in the period of human development, adolescence is a period most susceptible. Psychologically, these conditions change during adolescence led to easily absorb the influence of the surroundings. We always hear that so many adolescent imitate behavior of style of his idol. Such as its hair styles, fashions, and the artist's lifestyle or his idol singer who often become the inspiration that influence behavior and lifestyle of the youth.Alpha

According to the science of psychology, juvenile delinquency is often termed a Juvenile Delinquent. This term is taken from the Latin, with meaning is juvenile a children or young people or the specific nature of the youth. While Delinquent come from the word delinguere with the meaning affected. So the meaning of juvenile delinquency is a trait or characteristic in the young, neglected or ignored the social environment.

In Addition juvenile delinquency cannot be loose it from the influence of the environment which adolescents lives. This environment consists of family, school, or community environment. By the various forms of environment, in fact family is first and foremost the environment in the formation of a human personality. Through his parents' upbringing of a child will gain many valuable provisions to enter into a turbulent adolescence.Alpha

Therefore, to understand the meaning of juvenile delinquency cannot be separated from family upbringing, the influence of the environment, and the times with a variety of procedures and the underlying value system.
